IP / Copyright Complaints
If you believe content infringes your rights, email support@moads.agency with: (1) a description of the work, (2) the URL/identifier, (3) your contact details, and (4) a good-faith statement the use is unauthorized. We will review and take appropriate action.

7. Credits, Billing & Credits Compensation (No Cash Refunds)
The Service may be purchased via credit packs or subscriptions (if offered). Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for money.
No cash refunds. All purchases are final and we do not provide cash refunds (including refunds to a card or PayPal), except where required by applicable law.
Credits compensation (MVP).

• If a purchase was successful but credits were not delivered to your account, we will correct the issue and credit your account accordingly.
• If a generation fails or produces no result due to a technical issue on our side or on the side of our third-party providers (including the Kling API / generation provider), we may, at our discretion, restore the credits spent for that generation and/or provide a retry.

Third-Party Providers (AI Generation). We use third-party AI providers and APIs (including Kling API and/or its API partners) to process generation requests and deliver outputs. Your inputs may be transmitted to such providers solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Please contact support before initiating a chargeback. Chargeback abuse, repeated disputes, or fraud may result in account suspension or termination.
Do not initiate chargebacks before contacting support; abusive disputes may result in account suspension.
